This is an English translation of our German privacy policy provided for convenience. In case of doubt, the German version prevails.

2. Data collected when you visit this website
When you access this website, your browser automatically transmits technical information to the server of our hosting provider, where it is temporarily stored in so-called server log files. The following data is collected without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- name and URL of the file accessed
- referring website (referrer URL)
- browser used and, where applicable, operating system and language
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technical provision, security and stability of the website. This data is not combined with other data sources.
3. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, the information you provide (name, email address, message) will be processed for the purpose of handling your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (initiation of a contract) or Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your request). The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose it was collected for and there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.
4. Booking appointments via Calendly
We use the service Calendly (Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA) to schedule free consultations. When you click the booking link, you are redirected to the Calendly website. There you can schedule an appointment; for this purpose you enter your name, email address and the desired time. This data is processed by Calendly and forwarded to us so that we can hold the appointment.
The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient scheduling). Where data is transferred to the USA, Calendly states that it relies on appropriate safeguards within the meaning of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR. 5. Cookies
This website does not set tracking or marketing cookies. Any strictly necessary cookies used to operate the site are set on the basis of § 25 (2) no. 2 TTDSG or Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
6. Recipients of the data
We use external service providers to operate this website (in particular our hosting provider and Calendly for appointment scheduling). These providers process personal data on our behalf or, where they act on their own responsibility, on the basis of their own privacy notices. No further disclosure to third parties takes place.
