Quarterly results. Live. In two languages.
Results press conference, analyst call, investor day — we render guidance, KPIs and M&A language precisely in the IR voice of your group.
Capital-markets communication doesn't get a second take. Our conference interpreters specialise in listed companies, IR teams and corporate-communications agencies in the Frankfurt banking district. We interpret from conference rooms, studios and remote hubs in Frankfurt.
Why we fit this format
IFRS · HGB · capital-markets voice
We know the difference between adjusted EBIT and bereinigtes Konzernergebnis — and adopt consistently the terminology used in your English-language annual reports.
Analyst Q&A without friction
Sell-side questions come fast and sharp. We work as a well-drilled team so your CFO and Head of IR can answer at the pace analysts expect.
Frankfurt banking district
Kap Europa, Villa Kennedy, Squaire, group headquarters — we know the usual venues, their AV partners and the routes between them.
Confidentiality is table stakes
Ad-hoc quiet period, revised guidance, planned M&A comms — we work routinely under NDA with a discreet preparation process.

FAQ
- Do you handle IFRS, HGB and capital-markets terminology?
- Yes. Results press conferences, analyst calls and investor days are a core part of our work. We render IFRS and HGB terms, consolidated KPIs, guidance wording and M&A language in line with your existing investor-relations communications.
- How do you prepare for analyst conferences?
- We review the quarterly report, earnings release, analyst consensus and the last Q&A round, align terminology with your IR site and the English versions of your reports, and build a glossary that captures your CFO's typical phrasing.
- Can you interpret live Q&A with sell-side analysts?
- Yes. Sell-side questions come fast, technical and with clear expectations about the answer. We work in a well-drilled team so the interpreting stays precise even after 90 minutes of Q&A.
- In person in Frankfurt or over Zoom?
- Both. We interpret from conference rooms in the Frankfurt banking district and from RSI hubs for analyst calls on Zoom, Webex or your IR platform's native solution.
- How quickly do I get a binding quote?
- Usually within one business day — often faster. We need the date, location, languages, format (on-site, hybrid or RSI) and rough attendee count; a quote with team, equipment and terms follows immediately.
- How much lead time do you need?
- Six to eight weeks is ideal for complex multi-language formats. Short-notice requests are possible — for live M&A processes, ad-hoc disclosures or unplanned meetings we hold capacity flexibly.
- Which languages do you cover?
- German-English is delivered directly by our Frankfurt team. Through our European and international network of colleagues we also cover French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, Chinese, Japanese and more.
- Do you also handle conference technology?
- Yes. We work with experienced technical partners in Frankfurt and nationwide — booths, tour-guide systems, RSI platforms and streaming from a single source. You get one quote covering interpreting and equipment consistently.
- What does conference interpreting cost?
- Cost depends on languages, format, assignment length, preparation effort and equipment. You receive a transparent fixed-price quote covering team, preparation, equipment and expenses — no surprises.
- How is confidentiality ensured?
- All interpreters are bound by statutory professional secrecy. In addition, we sign project-specific NDAs, use secure document channels and respect insider-list and compliance requirements.
Next reporting date in the diary?
Let's talk — ideally before the numbers are final. The earlier we see script and Q&A prep, the more precise the live interpreting.
