- All interpreters are bound by professional secrecy. On request we sign tribunal- or firm-specific NDAs and work exclusively via secure document channels.
- How many interpreters does a hearing week need?
- For a typical hearing week we plan two to three interpreters per language direction and booth, so that precision stays high even after long hearing days and late-night sessions.
- Can you interpret virtual and hybrid hearings?
- Yes. We work with Interprefy, KUDO and the arbitration-specific platforms used by leading firms and institutions — from our Frankfurt hub or on-site in the hearing room.
- How quickly do I get a binding quote?
- Usually within one business day — often faster. We need the date, location, languages, format (on-site, hybrid or RSI) and rough attendee count; a quote with team, equipment and terms follows immediately.
- How much lead time do you need?
- Six to eight weeks is ideal for complex multi-language formats. Short-notice requests are possible — for live M&A processes, ad-hoc disclosures or unplanned meetings we hold capacity flexibly.
